Intended for air, surface, and non-corrosive liquids, the probe provides direct temperature conversion of 1 mV DC per degree. A three-position switch on the unit acts as a power switch and is used for selecting Celsius or Fahrenheit scaling for the output. Operating power for the 80T-150U is derived from a standard 9 volt battery.

The Fluke 80TK thermocouple module is a low cost temperature measurement accessory which converts the output from a Type K thermocouple into 1 mV per ºC or ºF signal. A bead thermo-couple with connector is included (80PK-1). A three position switch on the module acts as power switch and for selecting Celsius or Fahrenheit scaling for the output. Operating power is derived from a standard 9 volt battery (included).
